Review: Shiseido the Collagen Drink from Japan

They say collagen drinks work overnight. But I took it up a notch and drank 1 bottle of collagen drink for 6 days (yes 6 because I can’t afford a 7th haha). I’ll be uploading the video on KikaysikaTV. This post is an individual review of each brand of collagen drink that I’ll be trying out.

Shiseido the Collagen Ex Drink Review

Ingredients – The only difference between this and Shiseido the Collagen Ex is this one packs 1,000mg of marine collagen vs. 200mg of the former. It also has hyaluronic acid, ceramide, and other skin loving vitamins to achieve that forever young goals.

Ooooh I also noticed this just now; it has GABA or gamma-Aminobutyric acid. Known to calm the nerves and relieve anxiety. Wow shiseido ha! More than just external beauty, looks like this supplement also helps you be beautiful within O_O. Lalo na ako I have Bipolar-2 disorder and I want all the natural supplements I can get.

Dosage – 1 bottle a day

Taste – Like lychees, cough syrup, and a tinge of fish.

Effects – I don’t mind the subtle fishy taste. This has got to be my favorite collagen brand to date (as of writing). I wake up happy with rosy-glowing skin. Yes happy. Taking this before going to bed actually helped me sleep better. Could it be placebo? I don’t care as long as it works.

Who do I recommend this to? If you can afford to spend on collagen drinks. I highly recommend this one. Only from a trusted brand like Shiseido can we expect quality collagen drinks that truly works beyond expected!
