REVIEW: Otsuka Collagen C Jelly
Here’s my take on Otsuka Collagen C Jelly. As I sip my iced cafe latte in my favorite coffee place, I contemplate. Until when can I keep up the image of being a vampire. I am not getting any younger. I’m 29. Yes folks, one year more and we’re hitting the big 3-0, another year and I’m off the calendar. Despite the number, I am proud to say that I look 10 years younger than most of my peers.
It is not genetics. It is not by sheer luck. It is by spending thousands on collagen, glutathione, and other anti-aging skin supplements and skincare products. You can trust me when I say I won’t judge you when you only want to be the best version of yourself.

I pinch my nose to cloak the fishy taste LOL
Today let’s talk about collagen. It comes in all forms, from powder drinks to pills. They have their own pros and cons. Powder drinks have high amounts of collagen in it like 20,000mg. In order to have the equivalent amount in capsules, we have to take like 4-6 pills *ick*. Collagen drinks also tastes fishy, no matter what they do to cloak the taste. The most tolerable I have tried so far is the one from HyC that has a faint condensed milk taste + fish.
You cannot take away the fish as collagen brands use this as the main component for their products. How can they make collagen supplements more palatable? Please skincare gods.

lately na-hook ako sa mga kdrama and I saw them having collagen jellies. Any idea if it’s ok for lactating women to take collagen jellies?
