I’m not sure if you’re aware of this but I am a very sickly child. To add up to my other sickness I am suffering from Rheaumatoid Arthritis. Which is the early rheaumatism and aching of joints, nerves and muscles. Eating healthy and supplementing with collagen helps me cope with the pain (plus the added benefit of looking young) I find that NEOCELL Super Collagen+ C effects is immediate and consistent. I can feel it working inside. My muscles ache less, my hair shinier and skin more taut. At 1,500 pesos per bottle it’s also one of the more affordable brands.

The drawback? It’s tablets are BIG and hard to swallow. Imagine taking 3 tablets twice a day as they suggest. Tiis ganda talaga diba? Pero the sacrifice is sorta worth it if you weigh the pros/cons. I stopped taking this because tamad ako sa tablet.

What I’m curious to try next? Those collagen candy-like jelly-like supplements. You know how much of a sweet tooth I am! Hohohohoho…
