REVIEW: Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence SPF50+ PA++++
Before I write my review, I made sure I put in, and applied Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence generously on my face, neck, arms, and the rest of the visible parts of my body. I am obsessed with sunscreen. My friends know this. You all should know this by now. I’m obsessed because I know for a fact that the sun’s UV rays is the primary cause of wrinkles and aging.
I know for a fact that the sun’s UV rays is the primary cause of wrinkles and aging.
My quest for the perfect sunblock would never stop. Won’t stop. Can’t stop. So far, the best sunscreen in terms of price is Nivea’s UV BB, while the best in terms of texture is Canmake’s UV Mermaid Gel. But I’ve already reviewed those. It’s time for a new one. I’ve been itching to use this since forever because of the rave reviews. I finally get to use up my tube because my sunscreen stash finally ran out (imagine that?!)
Was it any good? Was it better than my current favorites? Let’s find out!

REVIEW: Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence SPF50+ PA+++
Packaging – Clean and convenient. The white tube packaging with silver twist cap is minimalism at it’s finest. It dispenses enough product for use.
Texture – It claims to be “airy” and “soft”. This I have to disagree on. It’s not airy or light at all. The cream texture is easily blended but feels heavy on my face. Like I know, there’s a layer of sunblock on. I don’t mind. But there’s better products texture wise (Canmake UV Mermaid Gel).
Thoughts – True to its claims it doesn’t leave any white casts so that’s a plus. You also get somehow a bang for your buck because you get 80ml instead of the usual 30ml that most sunscreens come in.
It didn’t break me out. It didn’t clog my pores, and most especially. IT DOESN’T STING THE EYE like most sunscreens do! So I can put it on over my lids without any worry.
It’s not the best, but I was satisfied enough to finish my entire tube. Looking forward to try another sunscreen! So stay tuned!
