REVIEW: Honor X9B 5G – Is it worth buying?

Hooray for my second Honor Phone! I must admit, I’ve been a fan of the brand ever since its debut with their Honor X9A 5G (which, I passed down to my son because it’s freaking durable). Just barely a year after, Honor has done it again and launched another indestructable phone with bigger, brighter, and better features!

This was captured under direct sunlight. It’s able to get accurate colors and shadows, with crisp detail, despite my subjects moving out and about.

What I like about Honor X9B 5g

• BATTERY LIFE – My goodness, on a full charge it will take 3-4 days before it runs out and this is on NORMAL usage. Meaning I work, watch videos, take photos, use Grab app, play music. Wow, all I can say is wow
• INDESTRUCTIBLE – Well, almost. I haven’t put mine in a microwave oven yet. Just kidding! This baby can survive any type of clumsiness from drops to smashes. I dropped mine several times already and there is no single scratch or issues to be worried about. The perfect phone for rugged adventures
• LARGE STORAGE – At 256GB, and at its price of 16,999? It can compete toe to toe, head-to-head with “bigger” brands.
• FAST REFRESH RATE – Using this phone is as smooth as butter, no hangs, no lags.
• 5G INTERNET SPEED – I get up to 640MBPS when I use it as hot spot. Heck, this is a better hotspot device, than those pocket wifis and such. See proof below.

Final Thoughts

Is getting an Honor x9B 5G worth it? Yes, yes, and yes. If you already have a phone, get this as your second. If you use this as a main phone, then perfect! In my opinion, HONOR doesn’t disappoint, when they promise, they deliver.
