Tolak Angin Review (I’m a fan!)

I have a question for you. Have you tried Tolak Angin? You know, the one you frequently see in 7-11, Watsons, Mercury Drug, and the like. A bright yellow box with herbs and honeycomb as its design.  If you haven’t yet, you’re missing out a lot! This review is long overdue!

Well, it wasn’t loved at first taste, but you sorta grow into it, that it becomes something comforting, and something you look for, for comfort. It’s warm, sweet, and minty! Definitely essential in anyone’s medicine cabinet. I’ll be sharing with you why I’m such a fan, and also a couple of new products in their line-up! The Tolak Angin Anak, and Tolak Angin Care. Tolak Angin Review

Ok. First of all what I love about Tolak Angin is it’s ALL-NATURAL and sweetened by HONEY, not symple syrup/sugar. That’s my deciding factor when I was looking for an herbal supplement for my “lamig” and relief for common colds/cough.

  • I take a sachet whenever I’m not feeling so well and it helps relieve of aches (lamig sa loob) instantly. Do note that this is based on my personal experience.
  • I take a sachet when I have sore throat/colds. It’s soothing and lessens scratchy throat
  • I take it regularly because its ingredients can help boost my immune system!
  • You can mix it in a cup of hot water and sip like tea!

How does it taste? Sweet and minty. Pero what I appreciate most is how it makes me feel inside! Instant relief and comfort talaga. My mom can confirm this, that whenever we go to the “bayan” to get our essentials, I never go without bringing home a box or more of Tolak Angin to make sure I don’t run out of stock!

Tolak Angin Anak

Kaya I’m happy that there’s a new product made for kids. Tolak Angin Anak! My son Geof tried it and he told me it tasted mild, sweet, and yummy.

It’s an herbal supplement suitable for children 2 years and up. It contains the same 12 signature herbal ingredients + Cornu Bubali that is a known natural fever reliever. It helps boost the immune system, and aid in relieving early signs of the immune system dropping like colds, chills, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, stomachache, bloating, and reduced appetite.

Another must-have for situations like the ones mentioned above!

Tolak Angin Care

Last but definitely not the least, Tolak Angin Care (Tolak Angin Roll On). The new tito and tita essential on the block!

It’s a roll-on essential to help soothe aches and pains, without the lola smell! I always have one in my bag, pretty useful whenever I travel to visit Ryan (which is long), and I’m prone to travel-sickness. I roll on to the sides of my head and the scent gives me instant relief. Alis-hilo.

At home, I ask Geof to roll it on my back to relieve my backpain.  What I love about Tolak Angin Care is that the warm feeling lasts long and penetrates deeply.  There’s no English term for this but nanonoot ang ginhawa especially sa mga lamig or muscle knots

Final Thoughts

It’s not only me who’s already enjoying Tolak Angin. But also my mom, my brother, my son, and even my titos and titas (who saw my stash at home! and asked if they can have some!).  Don’t just take my word for it, I highly recommend that you try Tolak Angin yourself and see its wonderful effects!

Note: If you’re not feeling well, and experiencing symptoms of sickness, please consult with your Doctor. Tolak Angin is just a supplement and not to be used as medicine/cure.

I thought tolak angin is a medicine for cough. I tried it when i have a cough, and drink it 3 times a day for 7 days. And my cough was gone after 7 days . But when i research for the health benefits of tolak angin, i found out that it is a supplement to improve our immune system

I would like to agree and strongly resonate with you on Tolak Angin!

I have allergic rhinitis & there are places I would know may mga irritants na mag trigger , kasi i begin to sneeze. Ang ilong ko will start stuffy.

I simply take out my tolak angin roll on, dab on like 3 circular motions in my palms, rub both palms a little bit, and inhale the aroma from my mouth and nostrils, alternately! Thankful for this product, I’d be relieved in no time! And then i rub my finger tips on those palms wc still has the oil, and massage on my forehead, temples and nape, instant relief!

I’ve also take the sachet drink mix it with warm water, and sip it slowly, pag may sore throat ako na parang sisipunin. Yes, its effects inside my body, like you mentioned, really is very notable, Gumagaan ang feeling, and thankfully I am able to stop the onset of something .

Its a very good first aid , I will never do without in my bag!
Lahat ng na share ko with it, family and friends and even sa byahe, have witnessed its immediate healing effects.

Just love to share this product! Thank you!
