Fitmiss Delight Complete Protein Shake Review
I’ve been trying out low-lactose protein for the longest time. Not because I’m vegan, but because I get pimples from pure whey protein (except isolates). Today I’ll be reviewing the only vegan protein shake that tastes good. Honestly. I’ve tried A LOT and most rave reviews online are a bunch of lies. Most plant-based protein tastes like chalk, saw-dust, clumpy, and just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Surprisingly, Fitmiss Delight tastes good. Truth.
What made this any different? Is this a good meal replacement? Read my honest to goodness review below

Ingredients
The first ingredient is whey protein concentrate followed by SolaThin™, a patented ingredient made up of potatoes. Potatoes are one of the simplest yet best food for satiety or a sense of fullness, and SolaThin contains a protease inhibitor (PI-2) that can produce that research suggests could bring on a feeling of fullness.
It has 16 grams of protein per scoop.
Then there’s a “Greens & Superfoods” mixture that features a combination of 24 powdered fruits and vegetables including apple, broccoli, tart cherry, barley, and several other types of berries. Also, Fitmiss contains two digestive enzymes (protease and lactase, which can minimize digestive issues from lactose), inulin (a fiber), natural & artificial flavors, cellulose gum (a thickener and stabilizer), salt, artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame potassium, and soy lecithin (for mixability).
Review
Price – It costs roughly around 20usd in the US. But goes up to 1,799php here in the Philippines for a 2lb jar.
Mixablity – It mixes better compared to other plant-based protein drinks BUT it still takes 10-20 forceful shakes on my shaker to get the texture I want. It still gets a few clumps here and there, but tolerable enough to drink. Some vegetable-based protein tastes so bad it makes me want to vomit.
Taste – I ordered the Chocolate flavor and it was delicious. Creamy, not too sweet, and tastes like real cocoa. No funky smell. I read other reviews that the Vanilla Chai Latte flavor was the best, but it’s always out of stock. I’m gonna get that one next for sure!
Benefits – Because of it’s Solathin technology aka potato protein, LOL. It helps a lot in keeping me full. I recommend drinking this on times you feel hungriest, or post-workout. To get the best protein absorption.
Another benefit I appreciate with Fitmiss Delight’s protein is its greens and berries content. I’m not a veggie lover and drinking this hits 2 birds in one stone! 🙂
Cons – Compared to other protein supplements, it has a low protein count with only 16g per scoop
Final thoughts – It may not seem like it, but I am an avid fan of protein drinks. I’ve tried a lot and haven’t really reviewed them because they taste so bad it doesn’t give me any motivation to write. Fitmiss Delight, however, is the very first that I’ve written about.
I’ll gladly recommend and re-purchase! But I’m still going to try other brands since we get sick of tasting the same thing over and over right? Up for review next is Spartan Whey’s Fruity Loops that I ordered online via Whey King Philippines.
