Linden Suites Staycation – Review, Promo, Rates, Photos
Woopeedeedoo! Staycation time! Today we’ll be visiting The Linden Suites, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Ortigas, Pasig City. There’s something satisfying in staying in a hotel. It’s home away from home. You get to de-stress and take your mind of off things, without leaving the city. Me on the otherhand, it’s the opposite. Since I’m already from the province hahaha!
Do you believe in the law of attraction? The past few weeks has been stressful and one day to my surprise, I received an invite to review a hotel! Wow!
I’ll be featuring their room, food and promo. Let’s go?

REVIEW AND PHOTOS
The front desk welcomed me with all smiles and they were patient to all my questions. If you’re wondering about the parking. They have basement parking available so don’t worry 😉
We were given a One Bedroom Suite. From the inside, it looks like a spacious condominium floor. Complete with a sofa set, dining table.
Kitchen, Ref, and even a Microwave Oven. This is also perfect if you’re travelling for business! I remember when I worked overseas in the US and stayed in a similar room. Everything was spiffy and spotless.
Here’s a photo of their workspace and the bar food choices. Don’t be scared! They’re not as overpriced as you think. I was intimidated to grab a can of Pringles at first. Because we all know how most hotels top-up the prices unfairly. When I looked at the pricelist, woah I thought to myself “Not bad, 75php for popcorn and 75php for a small can of pringles“
The bed mattress is firm but soft. Just the way I like it. It annoys me if a bed is too soft that my back curls up, or if it’s bumpy and lumpy. That’s the worst! After eating dinner, I just watched a marathon of Rick and Morty wearing The Simpsons Face Mask from The Face Shop until I dozed off.
Boo! Here’s a quick review on the mask. It’s good if you’re in it for the Novelty but the sheet was not cottony soft and the essence made my skin itch a bit.
DINNER PROMO
Guests checking in this month gets a complimentary glass of wine!
Your choice between red and white. I chose white because I find that it’s sweeter and lighter on the palate. What food did we order?
I ordered the Surf and Turf (1,250php) while Ryan got a 300G Wagyu Steak (1,450php). We requested the done-ness to be Medium but forgot to mention Well. So we got our steaks medium rare instead LOL. When ordering steaks, only order the rare stuff on trusted restaurants and food places. Because you have to make sure the meat is fresh. I think the shrimp would taste loads better if it had cream tartar for sauce/
Despite being medium rare, the meat taste clean. No gamey texture or scent. The shrimp on my surf and turf are huge and juicy. The restaurant has dim romantic lights and a 90’s music medley as background music. It all boils down to preference but I like my dining area well-lit.
BREAKFAST
Sometimes I judge a hotel by its buffet spread. I would say that Linden Suites’ is at above average. A bread spread, juices, a few dishes and even dimsum. Don’t look for bacon, there’s no bacon *sad reaccs only*
salad and fruit bar
bread spread
chicken sausage
omelette area
FINAL THOUGHTS
Overall if you’re looking for an affordable staycation or long-term business hotel, The Linden Suites is one of your better choices. It’s walking distance from popular malls like SM Megamall, Podium, Edsa Shangri-la. The location is also near the business districts like BGC, Makati, and QC. Will I come back? Definitely! Will I recommend this hotel to my friends? Yesiree!
